Client Services Coordinator

Position Title: Service Coordinator
Role Overview: The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, the sales team, and various departments. This position involves providing comprehensive information regarding products and services, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to deliver information about product offerings and service details.
- Process orders including will calls, confirmations, and invoice requests.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain order status updates.
- Occasionally assist in the warehouse by pulling products to support customer needs.
- Investigate and respond to customer inquiries, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lead times, product details, pricing, and shipping schedules.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in SAP and other software systems.
- Assist in setting up new customers in SAP, collaborating with the credit and collections team on credit applications.
- Update and maintain the Customer Master File, ensuring accuracy in contact information and pricing.
- Support the Credit department in resolving invoice disputes and billing errors.
- Provide freight estimates and collaborate with Operations to ensure delivery accuracy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Experience with SAP
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Employment Type: This is a permanent role.
Work Environment: This position is fully on-site and requires the ability to work in a warehouse setting that includes both indoor and outdoor elements. Safety precautions are essential, including wearing safety glasses and appropriate clothing. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
