OverviewAs the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients by actively overseeing client accounts. Collaborating with our sales team, you will ensure client satisfaction and leverage your leadership abilities to mentor our Client Service Associates, fostering a culture of learning. Your business acumen and commitment to service will deepen our client relationships.
Your Impact
• Manage complex accounts with a focus on self-funded business while partnering with senior colleagues.
• Utilize Gallagher's resources and tools to develop effective client deliverables.
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a smooth renewal process, aiming for a retention target of 95%.
• Independently resolve service-related issues while knowing when to escalate concerns to more experienced team members.
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, analyze proposal results, and create client presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify additional resources within Gallagher that may enhance their service offerings.
• Mentor and guide new hires and account associates.
• Engage in internal professional development programs to understand the insurance industry and Gallagher's processes.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and promote ethical behavior in alignment with The Gallagher Way.

About You
Required:
A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in client service and/or claims management -OR- a High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in client service and/or claims management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
• Previous experience in insurance and managing client relationships.
• Strong financial acumen.
