This pivotal position entails guiding and nurturing the Client Relations support team to deliver exceptional service for products and services to our clients and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training on departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Mentor the Client Relations team in managing complex customer interactions.
  • Directly address escalated client service issues.
  • Conduct performance assessments and regular check-ins.
  • Promote trust and teamwork within the department.
  • Supervise client service inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Lead the resolution of critical inventory and order management challenges.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments on various initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements for the department.
  • Work with IT to explore technological advancements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support organizational sales efforts.
  • Generate reports and presentations regarding departmental performance.
  • Communicate necessary modifications and updates to clients.
  • Assist in managing client feedback and complaints.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and client service.
  • Be open to flexible working hours as required by client needs.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on team development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Proficient in computer applications and database management.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative team player.
