Position Overview:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our production team to meet operational targets while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and support a team of production operators to achieve daily objectives and maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established schedules and procedures.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to the team, facilitating setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including engineering and quality assurance, to address production challenges.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing improvement within the production team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, and performance updates.
  • Quickly resolve any production-related issues to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with some leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a history of implementing process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
