Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EHS Leader to lead and implement EHS initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal safety and environmental laws. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Implementation
    • Lead and implement EHS initiatives to ensure compliance with federal safety and environmental laws.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with federal safety and environmental laws and regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with EHS practices.
  • Communication and Training
    • Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of safety.
    • Communicate EHS policies and procedures to employees and stakeholders.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement solutions to address EHS-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications
    • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
    • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
    • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
  • Experience
    • Experience as EHS Leader of a site for a minimum of three years
    • Recognition as a Subject Matter Expert in a specific EHS discipline
