Position Overview:

The Strategic Client Success Manager (SCSM) acts as a dedicated ally to our clients, understanding their aspirations and developing a comprehensive insight into their objectives, primary business strategies, technical hurdles, and system configurations to ensure an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with assigned clients, aligning our solutions with their core business strategies; the SCSM is regarded by the client as their primary contact for all technical interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to pinpoint necessary strategic technical initiatives globally to meet overall sales objectives, with the client’s agreement.
  • Coordinate with regional technical, training, and consulting teams to mobilize resources required for executing activities.
  • Serve as the principal technical liaison for select accounts, adept at aligning customer technical needs with our solutions across various industry sectors.
  • Work alongside the EAM to utilize appropriate technical resources to enhance our market presence, identifying opportunities to replace competitors, introduce new products, and expand user bases.
  • Oversee all technical support operations, collaborating with local support managers to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Engage in account-based marketing strategies to promote technology adoption and deployment.
  • Participate in interdepartmental collaboration on product enhancements and competitive positioning.
  • Lead qualification of opportunities and drive technical initiatives for complex engagements, advising on market analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+8, MS+6, or PhD+3.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software, with a solid understanding of our products and their applications in specific customer segments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to time management.
  • Ability to travel domestically as required.
