Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout their engagement, formulating success strategies and ensuring effective communication.
Build strategic relationships within accounts to facilitate the successful implementation of client strategies and plans.
Deliver outstanding client experiences through proactive engagement and coordination of appropriate internal resources.
Drive the adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, utilizing data insights to support client advancement.
Promote client innovation and risk management by sharing insights and collaborating on solution strategies.
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles within SaaS or Digital Marketing sectors.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting abilities.
Proven capability to manage programs, prioritize tasks, and excel under pressure.
