Performance Reporting: Prepares and presents progress reports to clients and senior management, offering insights into project status and account performance.

Team Leadership:

Development and Guidance: Fosters a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Provides ongoing feedback, supports professional growth, and conducts regular performance reviews, ensuring alignment with company values.

Performance Assessment: Conducts thorough performance evaluations, incorporating feedback from various team leaders. Delivers final calibration results and development plans for team members.

Compensation Strategy: Recommends and approves salary adjustments within established internal ranges, collaborating with relevant departments for exceptions.

Talent Acquisition: Works with the recruitment team to identify necessary skills, onboard suitable talent, and participates in the hiring process, ensuring operational fit.

Performance Improvement Plans: Develops and oversees improvement plans with HR support to address performance issues.

Team Integration: Facilitates the smooth integration of new hires into projects with assistance from project managers and HR consultants.

Project Oversight:

Operational Monitoring: Acts as the escalation point for project managers, overseeing project profitability and financial health.

Strategic Involvement: Intervenes tactically and strategically in daily operations as needed to maintain project progress and resolve challenges.

Resource Management: Ensures optimal resource allocation and utilization, balancing project demands with team capabilities.

Process Enhancement: Drives improvements and efficiencies in project execution, adopting best practices and innovative solutions.

Reporting and Analytics: Provides regular updates and detailed progress reports to clients and upper management, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Develops labor cost forecasts and budgets, monitors spending, and ensures financial goals are achieved.

Negotiation Skills: Leads negotiations within accounts to align with company objectives and market conditions.

Pre-Sales Collaboration: Works with the sales team to create compelling proposals and solutions for new client requests, focusing on client needs and project feasibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Strategic Insight: Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to scale delivery units and manage complex projects.

Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, team members, and executives.

Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and oversight of financial performance.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development and delivery processes, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.

Negotiation Proficiency: Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, adept at navigating complex client interactions.
