Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team, taking charge of Truework's most pivotal accounts. This individual will play a crucial role in nurturing and sustaining existing client relationships while guiding customers towards comprehensive utilization of our offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cultivating strategic partnerships within large organizations, resulting in high retention rates and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with the Truework sales team to broaden client portfolios, achieve favorable outcomes, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Establish and maintain trust with clients by showcasing industry knowledge, demonstrating product value, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Effectively address customer inquiries and issues, asking clarifying questions to ascertain the root cause and impact of concerns, while guiding clients towards alternative solutions when feasible.
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews with clients, either virtually or in person, to illustrate the ROI and value provided by Truework in alignment with client business goals.
  • Foster advocacy relationships with key strategic clients to serve as marketing conduits through case studies, speaking engagements, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, while also representing customer needs for product improvements to drive innovation and growth.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically with Enterprise and Strategic accounts.

Exceptional client management capabilities and the ability to remain organized while providing clear and articulate guidance at all organizational levels (technical, business, and executive).

Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.

A deep empathy for customers and a passion for driving revenue and growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

The OTE range for this position is competitive, with final offer amounts determined by various factors including candidate expertise.
