Position:
Client Success Strategist

Essential Qualifications:
Cyber Security and/or Network Security Experience


The Client Success Strategist will play a pivotal role in enhancing Customer Success, optimizing engagements, and identifying new business opportunities for clients by qualifying and nurturing relationships in our rapidly expanding enterprise.

Zscaler operates as a SaaS company within a high-growth sector that leverages the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model to fuel its expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your accounts, advocating for and championing their needs within Zscaler.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient customer deployments.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients through regular monthly and quarterly interactions.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend and ensure their business goals are met.
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to identify expansion opportunities within your accounts.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders, including Operational, Management, and Director/CxO levels, recognize the value of the service.
  • As a trusted advisor, recommend strategies for clients to derive greater value from the service.
  • Stay informed about your customer's challenges and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications


3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Solution Delivery, Practice Management, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.

2+ years of foundational knowledge in two or more of the following areas:

  • Cloud Services Architectures & Solutions
  • Web-based Security, Networking, & Infrastructure Solutions
  • A background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, etc.
  • A background in network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization.

Compensation


Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and determined by role and level. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could vary based on multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
