Position: Senior Account Director

Reporting to: Kristina Zavoina, SVP Dallas Sales

Neptune Retail Solutions is a leader in delivering innovative, data-driven omni-channel solutions for brands and retailers, facilitating the journey from shopping to purchasing. We excel in providing comprehensive in-store advertising solutions, partnering with major retailers across North America.

Role Summary

The Senior Account Director is responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships with existing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients within the designated territory, while also identifying new business prospects. This role involves promoting Neptune's extensive service offerings, including In-Store Advertising, Digital Incentives, and At-Home solutions to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue across accounts, aligning with corporate objectives and profitability standards.
  • Manage relationships and negotiations at all levels within the assigned region/accounts.
  • Arrange meetings with senior decision-makers to comprehend their business goals and demonstrate how Neptune's capabilities can assist in achieving these objectives, while building a robust opportunity pipeline.
  • Encourage the adoption of Neptune solutions by developing client-focused campaigns that leverage Neptune's resources to meet client needs.
  • Utilize data, insights, and financial forecasting models to formulate recommendations.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of forecasting and reporting to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving tangible results and references demonstrating revenue growth over a minimum of three consecutive years.
  • Over 3 years of recent sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
  • Driven by new business development and account growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability, capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful in cultivating strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Highly analytical, with a demonstrated ability to utilize data to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Effective communicator, able to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of the CPG and retail industries.

Location: Remote with travel requirements up to 25% of the time.
