Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate healthcare professionals and their teams on the effective use of StellaLife products to enhance patient well-being.
  • Generate revenue by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Develop, forecast, and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Implement a structured lead qualification process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute a scalable sales playbook to train and support our expanding team in various regions.
  • Balance short-term objectives with a long-term vision for sustained success.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Leverage technology and tools such as CRM systems, online conferencing platforms, and productivity suites to enhance sales efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue and improve patient care.
  • Assume multiple roles including sales strategist, lead generator, educator, speaker, and account manager.

  • Proficient in utilizing insights and data to inform the sales process.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to work independently.
  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in B2B medical or dental sales with a focus on revenue generation.
