Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Livefront's expertise and vision to clients and the broader community through networking, outreach, and events.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities aligned with Livefront's capabilities.
  • Effectively communicate Livefront's value proposition to prospective clients through presentations and various outreach methods.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to devise suitable team and resource plans for client briefs and formulate pricing proposals.
  • Utilize the talents of the UX Strategy and Design Team to brainstorm on behalf of clients, develop concepts for pitches, and create compelling pitch materials.
  • Secure new business with clients, supported by key stakeholders at Livefront.
  • Foster and expand existing client relationships.
  • Create engaging sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
  • Design engagements that address client needs, align with Livefront's strengths, and position our team for optimal performance and impactful outcomes.
  • Assist in the creation and management of sales contracts, including MSAs and SOWs.
  • Monitor and track activities while generating reports from a CRM system.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to grasp customer needs and industry trends in digital services.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact and relationship manager for our client partners throughout their engagement with Livefront.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in digital product services.
  • Strong presentation skills, encompassing sales pitches and negotiations.
  • Ability to persuade using data and informed storytelling to influence decision-making.
  • Skill in presenting new perspectives to clients that challenge their views on digital products and their development.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with client partners.
  • Proven track record of building trusting relationships with delivery teams.
  • A self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in sourcing and closing deals valued between $500k and $5mm+.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferences.
  • A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a digital or technology setting.
  • Management consulting experience in Consumer or Financial Services is preferred.
  • A background in engineering or computer science is advantageous.
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
