About the Role

The Senior ISV Account Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This includes working closely with C-level executives, engineering teams, IT/operations, partner organizations, and sales teams to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell cloud solutions to executive-level customers
  • Develop and implement broad strategies for earning customer acceptance and service implementation
  • Collaborate with AWS resources, including executives, partners, support teams, and solution architects, to support customer interests
  • Advocate for customers in harmony with AWS business needs
  • Manage partnership and technical collaboration
