As a Property Operations Supervisor, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for managing, supervising, and overseeing all facets of our physical store locations and operational assets. This role provides a unique opportunity to significantly influence the organization by maintaining our capital investments and making informed spending decisions that aim to reduce total ownership costs and prolong the lifespan of our mechanical systems and assets. Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
Work Location: This is a fully remote position requiring regular travel to various store locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Oversee repair and maintenance budgets through scheduled site visits and maintenance management systems.
Supervise the upkeep of multiple ALDI locations within your designated area.
Collaborate with operations staff and leadership.
Make impactful decisions regarding facilities in your region.

Geographical Coverage:
Zone: Victoria, TX, Houston, TX, Tuscaloosa, AL, Tallahassee, FL, Mobile, AL, New Orleans, LA

Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Facilities or Construction Management is necessary.
A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
Environmental Health and Safety Certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Work may be conducted in an office or remote setting, utilizing computers and office equipment as needed.
Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move between areas.
Frequent use of keyboard and mouse.
Occasionally required to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
Work may involve climbing ladders, exposure to varying temperatures, and working in loud environments.

Travel Requirements:
The Property Operations Supervisor will cover the geographical areas mentioned above.
This role is fully remote but requires regular travel to assigned store locations.
