KPM Property Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Property Community Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This is a full-time role with a compensation package that will be determined based on experience.

The Property Community Coordinator will oversee all facets of the assigned property.
This position entails managing on-site personnel and the daily operations of the property, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met, adhering to company policies, and fostering resident satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise leasing activities – follow up on inquiries and approve applications as necessary.
  • Proactively manage resident satisfaction and enhance retention rates – motivate property staff to engage with residents regarding lease renewals.
  • Conduct daily reviews of collections and make informed decisions as needed.
  • Oversee all property maintenance requests and coordinate with lead maintenance staff for timely execution.
  • Manage the preparation schedule and monitor progress.
  • Audit rent rolls to track rent payments, lease expirations, month-to-month tenants, and evictions.
  • Submit all required HR documentation to corporate (new hires, payroll, terminations, etc.).
  • Respond to emergency calls and delegate tasks to on-call maintenance personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Community Coordinator in a multifamily setting.
  • Proficient knowledge of leasing, renewals, rent collection, and property management.
  • Familiarity with CAM or CAPS certifications.
  • Experience with property management software such as Onesite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background in customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • High sense of urgency with the capability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain organization, professionalism, and respect in challenging situations.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, including in extreme weather conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
