  • Manage timely escalations, reconciliations, and rent collection processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance for all tenants.
  • Facilitate property showings for prospective tenants as needed.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring that vacant spaces are well-maintained.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans, including capital and operating budgets.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and ownership reports, along with CAM reconciliations.
  • Complete the operating expense reconciliation process.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, specifically in industrial or flex property sites.
  • CPM or RPA designation (or in progress) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, building codes, and relevant city and county regulations.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Yardi, and Avid Exchange.
  • Experience in preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations.
