This is a full-time role, and compensation will be determined based on experience.

The Property Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of a property under the supervision of the Property Manager. This position aids in tenant leasing, rent collection, and ensures outstanding service is provided to residents while supporting the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect all rent, late fees, and utility payments
  • Issue various notices (3-day, lock out, etc.)
  • Prepare, file, and manage all eviction cases promptly
  • Minimize delinquency through regular inspections of units
  • Review lease expirations on a quarterly basis and follow up with residents regarding renewals
  • Complete all tasks related to the leasing process (TAA agreement, leasing application, addendums, screening, approval criteria, etc.)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Property Operations Supervisor in a multifamily setting
  • Proficient in leasing, renewals, rent collection, and property management
  • Familiarity with CAM or CAPS
  • Experience with Onesite
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Capacity to remain organized, professional, and respectful in challenging situations
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders
  • Must be able to type efficiently
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to work indoors/outdoors or in extreme weather conditions
  • Availability to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
