Implement and monitor assessments of tenant needs.

Maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance for all tenants.

Facilitate property viewings for prospective tenants as needed.

Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring that vacant spaces are well-maintained.

Develop comprehensive business plans, including capital and operating budgets.

Prepare annual budgets and manage the complete monthly reporting process, including variance reports and executive summaries.

Oversee the operating expense reconciliation process.

Qualifications/Skills

*A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial properties, specifically industrial or flex sites.

CPM or RPA designation (or currently pursuing) is preferred.

Familiarity with real estate law, building codes, and relevant city and county regulations.

Proficient in Outlook, Yardi, and AvidXchange.

Experience in preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations is essential.
