Position Overview

At Clear Concepts Management, we are dedicated to supporting clients in the technology and communications sectors by enhancing their sales, customer service, and outreach strategies. Our focus is on fostering strong relationships within the local community. We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager Trainee who shares our commitment to innovation and adaptability.

Role Objectives:
Our Account Manager Trainee and Operations teams work synergistically to harness active listening and effective organizational strategies to guide our clients toward achieving their engagement and sales objectives. Each trainee will receive comprehensive training on consumer behavior, sales techniques, customer service excellence, market dynamics, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively addressing objections and concerns to facilitate successful sales closures.
  • Articulate product features, advantages, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner to drive customer engagement.
  • Promote a collaborative atmosphere among the Account Manager Trainee and Sales Support teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update customer records within the company's CRM system to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and improve overall sales support operations.
  • Work diligently to meet or exceed sales targets established by the sales manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide comprehensive information, respond to inquiries, and nurture leads through the conversion process.
  • Seek mentorship from seasoned sales professionals to refine skills and enhance performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional ability to build rapport with clients, actively listen, and establish trust, which is essential in sales.
  • Fundamental organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, email, and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to positively influence customer decisions while addressing their concerns is a key competency in sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

This role requires in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment.
