POSITION OVERVIEW:

Price Family Dealerships is in search of a Vehicle Lot Coordinator.

The Vehicle Lot Coordinator is responsible for routine maintenance tasks (non-mechanical), relocating vehicles, and executing other assignments as directed by management, all performed safely and efficiently.


This role supports both the Sales and Service Departments in maintaining the new and used vehicle lots, as well as transporting vehicles to the appropriate departments for service and inventory management.




EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One to three years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Park vehicles according to company policy and under Sales direction to maintain an appealing lot for potential buyers.
  • Assist Sales and Service teams in moving vehicles to promote efficient dealership operations.
  • Responsible for managing key tags and window stickers on all vehicles in the lot.
  • Drive vehicles to other dealerships for exchanges or to vendors as needed.
  • May provide pick-up or delivery services for customers using dealership vehicles.
Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIRONMENTS, and

WORK SCHEDULE:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and safely collaborate with others to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods without rest. Capability to perform routine kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

WORK LOCATION:

This position is primarily based in Marin County, CA.
This role may require travel to other locations as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends/Holidays
