Overview of the Position

The primary function of the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is to support Account Executives in managing the Computacenter client portfolio and facilitating the sales of products and services. Client Relationship Managers are entrusted with enhancing the Sales process; enabling Account Executives to identify and pursue multi-client opportunities while the CRM oversees and coordinates any related activities or client requirements. The Client Relationship Manager is expected to collaborate with various internal teams as well as external partners; consistently tracking and pursuing all active sales opportunities to foster satisfaction and contribute to the growth of additional sales prospects within the client base.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to deliver services that align with company goals and reflect the values of teamwork and collaboration. Organize and participate in meetings with clients and potential clients as needed. Cultivate customer relationships by keeping current and prospective clients informed about ongoing promotions and new or enhanced products; addressing customer inquiries, highlighting key features, providing pricing and credit terms; encouraging purchases; and following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Maintain comprehensive customer records, including sales contracts and other pertinent information. Manage Existing Client Accounts alongside Assigned Account Executives: Client Relationship Managers will assist in daily operations, such as identifying new opportunities within client frameworks, coordinating internal resources for sales initiatives, tracking order fulfillment, conducting upselling campaigns, addressing Account Receivable concerns, and inviting clients to significant events. Occasionally, the Client Relationship Manager may be required to prepare Proposals/Quotations for simpler solutions, in lieu of the Inside Sales Representative. Adhere to all security and operational protocols. Embrace and promote Computacenter's mission and core values.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in sales Legally authorized to work in the United States Background or experience in technology is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Professional self-starter, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with others. Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion and judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet applications. Willingness to travel for meetings. A valid Driver's License is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
