- Work with third-party vendors to maximize RevPAR potential and anticipate and assess guests' needs to meet guest satisfaction.
- Ensure guest service personnel are familiar with key accounts and specific needs, and develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Make strategic decisions based on data and market performance, and effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Direct the day-to-day activities of the sales team, maintain and log all client communications in CRM, and ensure weekly meetings are executed.
- Manage accuracy and organization of client and internal files, prompt handling of inquiry calls, and account for position booking goal and contribution goal.
- Attend and participate in weekly revenue management calls, ensure Group Accounts are accurately billed and closed in a timely manner, and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Recruit and interview potential candidates, coach and counsel associates based on company standards, and act as manager on duty as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification.
- Five to ten years of prior hotel sales experience.
- Experience leading hotel sales marketing activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Multi-tasking.
- Organizing and prioritizing.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with others.

- Salary range: $110,000 to $120,000 annually.
