We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Americas revenue growth strategy.

About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the regional sales strategy. This individual will spearhead business development efforts, build high-performing sales teams, and expand the company's client base globally.

This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in workforce solutions and a strong track record in sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Lead and manage the sales process, ensuring the effective execution of sales plans to drive business development and secure new clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across the region.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and other business lines, ensuring cross-functional sales alignment and sharing of best practices.
  • Oversee client acquisition strategies, ensuring a consistent approach to growing the client base.
Requirements
  • Ability to lead through influence and inspire teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Strong capability to develop and execute long-term strategies while maintaining focus on short-term results.
  • Expert negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals and securing large-scale contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
