Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Strategist to join our team at InnVite Hospitality. This role will be based in Columbus, OH and will require significant travel throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Sales: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, focusing on high-potential accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Key Account Management: Maximize revenue from existing hotel key accounts by identifying and capturing growth opportunities.
  • New Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and targeted marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented sales performance.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
