About the Role: VAR Community Development Leader

Fortinet is seeking a highly skilled VAR Community Development Leader to lead our efforts in promoting the Company's position as a worldwide leader in Unified Threat Management, specifically through the VAR community. This role requires a strong understanding of the channel sales and territory management landscape, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key Fortinet partners and end users in the region, building revenue and non-revenue business plans, providing ongoing sales and technical trainings, and building marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds. Additionally, this role requires partnering with Fortinet marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within the region and providing geographic channel coverage for the region.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors.
  • Proven track record of building business and marketing plans with partners.
  • Exceptional sales training and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
