Position Overview:


The Senior Vice President, Linsco Affiliation will spearhead the strategic formulation and implementation of LPL's Linsco affiliation framework, encompassing program development, evolution, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead a clear customer-centric focus, emphasizing an optimal advisor experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to create and sustain awareness campaigns that drive substantial business growth.
  • Oversee the overall profitability of the business line through active P&L reporting and management of key model elements such as pricing strategy, experience design, and offer evolution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing counsel to prospective and existing clients on LPL's distinctive capabilities through consultation and analysis.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate with internal partners to strategize and develop innovative solutions for an industry-leading advisor experience, while being accountable for milestones, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Quickly learn from feedback from customers, partners, and prospects, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to adapt the program effectively.
  • Utilize market data to identify opportunities, influence capability development, and guide marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct and maintain detailed competitive assessments to pinpoint key areas for competitive advantage.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze emerging trends, developments, and competitors in the industry to inform the company's strategic view on opportunities and innovation.
  • Effectively leverage data to track key program performance indicators, identify trends, and ensure alignment of projects and programs with company priorities.
  • Actively support community-building efforts across both advisor and employee communities.

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing high-performing teams in the independent wealth management sector, possessing a deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and aspirations of advisors in the W2 space.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation:
Pay range: $212,000 - $353,000. Actual base salary varies based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, internal peer salaries, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
