Compensation: Base salary up to $250,000

Overview:
The Vice President of EPC will spearhead the engineering and construction division. The primary objective will be to drive business development and identify commercial solutions tailored to the energy sector.
Accountable for negotiating and managing all engineering and construction contracts related to large-scale renewable energy projects, including wind and solar initiatives.
Responsible for formulating the contracting strategy for engineering and construction services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and risk management protocols.
This role demands a senior individual contributor dedicated to propelling the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of all contracts associated with engineering and construction projects.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen for effective contract management.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Devise strategies for contracting services.
- Develop and lead a small team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in management consultancy.
- Strong commercial expertise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).
- Over 10 years of experience in negotiating and managing contracts with multiple stakeholders and diverse contract structures.
- More than 10 years in engineering design, project management, and construction of wind and solar projects.
- Familiarity with IEE, ASCE, and OSHA standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience across various regions in North America is preferred.
- Field experience is advantageous.
