The Dynetics, Inc. Aerospace Systems Division is in search of a Senior Vice President of Space Systems. This role demands a proactive and highly organized executive who will manage the Space Systems Division, which encompasses around 250 personnel and generates approximately $190 million in annual revenue. This division is a multidisciplinary engineering team designed to tackle a variety of technical challenges for various Government entities, as well as civil and commercial space clients.
The VP will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Aerospace Systems and will be accountable for steering and expanding the division's commitments across all customer, employee, program, financial, and new business strategies, both short- and long-term. This leadership position will necessitate the cultivation of relationships with other division leaders, group staff, and functional support, while promoting collaboration across the organization to enhance success at the division, business area, sector, and enterprise levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with a focus on developing, engaging, and retaining a high-performing team; collaborate across various organizations; formulate integrated business strategies that align with the Aerospace Systems Division and the broader Defense Sector.
- Monitor, forecast, and achieve annual business plan financial targets and growth objectives; identify and implement business development strategies to support top-line growth.
- Oversee the development of space hardware and systems, including IR payloads for low and medium earth orbits, and ensure operational excellence in space-to-ground communications.
- Drive innovation within the division and provide thought leadership in Space Systems, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to address emerging market trends.

Required Experience and Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience with 15+ years of relevant experience in program management, business management, engineering, and business development, or a Master's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 12 years managing a diverse portfolio of programs or a large, complex program, with at least 5 years in space systems development.
- Experience leading teams or projects across multiple time zones.
Desired Qualifications:
- Annual revenue responsibilities exceeding $150 million with demonstrated portfolio growth.
- Proven capture experience for contracts valued over $150 million.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $207,000 - $333,000. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Factors influencing offers include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
