Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at CORT. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed revenue goals
- Prospect to obtain potential clients
- Build referral relationships through strategic networking
- Act as a client liaison while collaborating with space planning, client services, and operations
- Specify CORT furnishing for short and long-term needs
- Maintain client activities in CRM (Salesforce)
- Work proficiently across a variety of technology platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years outside B2B sales experience
- Successfully meets/exceeds goals
- New business prospecting and networking experience
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
