Brewery Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brewery Representative to join our team at The Boston Beer Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Kansas City Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote our entire product portfolio to key accounts in the region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with major accounts
  • Partner with distributors to ensure orders are placed and products are received
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to increase sales and visibility
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive to and from accounts
  • Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
  • Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale materials
