Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the AC Hotel Pleasanton. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information and recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
