Job Title: Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at our Pleasanton campus.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Associate will provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff while maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure accurate information
  • Use internal database to generate reports and lists
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Provide admissions assistance as needed
  • Organize and prepare classroom and office supplies
  • Supervise students between classes
  • Perform light cleaning duties and maintain the appearance of the lobby and front desk area
  • Participate in occasional outreach/in-reach opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience interacting with customers and families preferred
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Maintain flexibility to effectively solve problems under pressure
  • Administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications
  • Motivated to learn new technologies
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
Benefits and Compensation:

The Front Desk Associate pay rate for our Pleasanton location is $22/hour. Some benefits include:
