**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries.
  • Perform night audit duties, including reconciling guest accounts, processing payments, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • High school graduate or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of night audit or accounting experience required.
  • Previous front desk agent and Marriott experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity.
