Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet and register guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Room Assignment: Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and availability, ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their accommodations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that all issues are resolved promptly.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure that all guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience or equivalent training preferred.

Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. The work schedule varies and may include working holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
