Key Responsibilities:

Our team will ensure your success by managing all event logistics, shipping materials, and coordinating staffing for each occasion. We need YOU to be our on-site coordinator for engaging, team-building, and socially impactful activities and events.

Event Preparation:

Participate in virtual planning sessions prior to each event with all stakeholders: corporate partners, nonprofit organizations, event hosts, and specialists.

On-Site Coordination:

Take charge of our in-person events: be present to set up, collaborate with the on-site team, manage teardown, clean areas, troubleshoot, and ensure a high-quality experience for attendees.

Act as the representative, leader, and problem-solver during events.

Define roles and responsibilities with the on-site team, including event hosts, nonprofit partners, venue staff, and corporate partners.

Oversee the check-in process for in-person events, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Address issues such as missing supplies, late arrivals, and technical difficulties as they arise.

Communicate updates, photos, and videos to the Events Team throughout the event.

Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning the venue, and repackaging materials for return to the distribution center.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English with strong communication abilities.

Located in the relevant area.

Flexible schedule with availability for contract work as needed.

Experience in managing both large-scale and intimate executive events.

Proven track record of executing high-quality events and enhancing customer experiences.

Resourceful, able to maintain composure under pressure, and solutions-oriented in uncertain situations.

Quick thinker with the ability to adapt plans on the fly.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Enjoy building relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.

Experience in group facilitation and managing group dynamics.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Open to traveling within the local region.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, especially in fast-paced environments.

Able to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities.

Comfortable engaging with large crowds.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs.

Able to stand for extended periods.
