Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Resident Services Specialist for our vibrant active adult community. This role focuses on relationship-driven leasing, ensuring optimal occupancy levels within our community. You will play a key role in establishing meaningful connections with both prospective and current residents.
  • Utilize professional and personable leasing strategies to engage with potential residents through various communication channels.
  • Actively listen to gather insights from prospective residents to tailor personalized tours that cater to their specific needs.
  • Deliver thoughtful and targeted follow-ups to interested individuals.
  • Promote a community atmosphere that enhances residents' lifestyles while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct tours of available apartments and facilitate move-in orientations for new residents.
  • Engage with the community by participating in resident-led events and activities; maintain accurate records of community interactions.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for resident and property files is completed and maintained, including background checks and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to stay informed about current initiatives and local market conditions.
  • Regularly assess the condition of the property and report any maintenance needs to the Community Director.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a relational and influential Resident Services Specialist who excels in building rapport and engaging effectively with residents and team members.

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferred background in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, Google Suite, and property management software.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
