Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Resident Services Specialist for our vibrant active adult community. This role focuses on relationship-driven leasing, ensuring optimal occupancy levels within our community. You will play a key role in establishing meaningful connections with both prospective and current residents.
- Utilize professional and personable leasing strategies to engage with potential residents through various communication channels.
- Actively listen to gather insights from prospective residents to tailor personalized tours that cater to their specific needs.
- Deliver thoughtful and targeted follow-ups to interested individuals.
- Promote a community atmosphere that enhances residents' lifestyles while providing outstanding customer service.
- Conduct tours of available apartments and facilitate move-in orientations for new residents.
- Engage with the community by participating in resident-led events and activities; maintain accurate records of community interactions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation for resident and property files is completed and maintained, including background checks and insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to stay informed about current initiatives and local market conditions.
- Regularly assess the condition of the property and report any maintenance needs to the Community Director.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as Fair Housing regulations.
Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
