Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in managing and organizing employee documentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that our records are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative for the department in various administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee documentation by maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Conduct thorough comparisons of personnel files to verify the completeness of records for terminated employees.
  • Investigate and update information within files, ensuring that all records are current and comprehensive.
  • Manage incoming materials by verifying their accuracy, sorting, distributing, and coding information according to established procedures.
  • Scan documents and review materials for eligibility, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Implement changes to the filing system as directed and manage the disposal of purged employee files in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Process payroll reports and handle incoming mail/packages, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.
  • Input training courses completed by employees into the HRIS system accurately.
  • Maintain an updated list of labor law posters and coordinate with the relevant company for shipments as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources support is preferred.
