About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our filing and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filing and Data Management: Maintain accurate and complete filing of employee documentation, including personnel files and other sensitive information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, scanning, and copying of documents.
  • Investigations and Research: Conduct investigations and research to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee files and other HR-related documents.
  • Material Management: Manage incoming materials, verify accuracy, sort, distribute, and code information according to current procedures.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Scan payroll reports and enter PCTP/MAT/BPM courses taken by employees into the HRIS system.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Implement changes to the filing system as directed, dispose of purged employee files in accordance with an established data retention schedule or legal requirements, and maintain a list of labor law posters for offices.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources support.
