The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee all aspects of CRi's recruitment and staffing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive recruiting processes to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, referral sources, educational institutions, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and recommend qualified candidates for suitable positions within the organization.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates who are not selected.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly updates on recruitment activities to the Senior Recruiter.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (40 hours); may require occasional weekend and evening hours for recruitment events.

Location: This position is based in Chantilly, VA, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home); candidates must be local.

Annual Salary: $55,203.20

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Human Services or Human Resources).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local recruitment laws and regulations is essential.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
