Position Overview
The HR Administrator II plays a crucial role in providing essential clerical and administrative support for Human Resources operations. This hybrid position allows for both in-office and remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities


As an HR Administrator II, you will be tasked with:

  • Preparing documentation for new hires to ensure smooth processing at the corporate level, while also engaging in various employment activities.
  • Reviewing onboarding materials and assisting hiring managers with the onboarding process.
  • Guiding new employees through the onboarding journey to address any questions or concerns.
  • Processing employee modifications, including reclassifications and promotions.
  • Responding to inquiries related to policies, procedures, and HR initiatives.
  • Compiling and maintaining necessary reports in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Assisting with I-9 audits to uphold compliance with Department of Homeland Security regulations.
  • Contributing to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Providing administrative support to HR Generalists regarding benefits and other HR programs as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience in support of Human Resources functions. Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Experience in federal government contracting is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), particularly iCIMS.
  • The ability to assist candidates with system onboarding processes.
  • Strong customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
