Human Capital Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Strategist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their human capital goals.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their human capital needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Administer HR programs, including benefits, awards, payroll, and onboarding, to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on HR-related issues, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex problems.
- Analyze data and develop solutions to improve HR operations and increase process efficiency.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, prioritizing workload and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment, including human resources.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action.
- Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community.
- Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

CompensationSalary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annualized USD.
