Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market penetration for pharmaceutical manufacturers and health plans.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers and health plans, and collaborate with the executive team to identify new market opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and health plan industries.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Lead and participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations with potential partners.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the life science or payer industries, including demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with managed care organizations, SaaS sales, and strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and health plans.
