  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale support.
  • Manage sales metrics and KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Leverage CRM software to track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and generate forecasts and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role focused on technology solutions or consulting services.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale enterprise accounts, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in selling complex solutions to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders within Fortune 500 or similarly sized organizations.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes discussions and close multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to drive performance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends, consulting methodologies, and business process optimization.
