Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train HR Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to HR team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Partner with Director of HR: Collaborate with the Director of HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Implement Training and Development Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct Investigations and Provide Guidance: Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of HR Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
  • HR Certification: Must have a certification in Human Resources, such as SPHR or AHLA CHRE.
