- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business results and improve processes
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite to manage HR functions and data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
