Business Office Manager Job Description

At Stonerise Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, accounting, and finance, with a proven track record of successfully managing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial resources.
  • Supervise and train business office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
