Key Responsibilities

As a BDC Customer Support Representative, your primary role will involve tracking and following up on potential customer inquiries received through various channels including phone calls and online leads. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.

  • Maintain relationships with previous customers
  • Monitor and reach out to internet leads
  • Identify each customer's vehicle requirements through attentive listening
  • Learn and adhere to established call and email protocols
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Perform additional duties as needed

  • Proficient English language skills
