POSITION: Customer Service Administration

WORK ENVIRONMENT: On-site role.

WORK SCHEDULE: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Punctuality is essential.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Contract-to-hire arrangement.

SALARY RANGE: $20 to $32 per hour.

*Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle and direct all incoming calls and inquiries from clients.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company’s database.
  • Escalate service issues to the appropriate service representative for resolution.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on issues to guarantee complete resolution.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of technician travel.
  • Support service management with quoting and processing service orders.
  • Help schedule jobs for the Field Service Department.
  • Respond to customer communications via email and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain professionalism in both verbal and written communications.
  • Provide Service Management with relevant information prior to technician site visits.
  • Ensure customers receive timely and professional service support.
  • Complete all tasks in a documented and timely manner.
  • Keep a well-organized workspace.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, service coordinator, or executive assistant role.
  • Proficient in using PCs, MRP systems, MS Office, and time tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with M3/Rover MRP Systems.
