Client Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate for a client in the insurance sector.
This role requires full-time onsite presence.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound communications to insurance professionals and carriers to secure policy renewals or mortgage updates.
- Handle incoming calls from insurance agents, typically responding to prior inquiries made by the customer service representative.
- Proactively reach out to clients and insurance agents to request necessary document updates with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and update client information based on interactions.
- Ensure all written correspondence received from insurance agents is forwarded to the Analysts for daily review.
- Availability to work shifts during business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a mail handling environment, professional call center, or client support role is necessary.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Proven attention to detail is essential.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proper spelling and grammar.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented, and metrics-driven call center environment.
